A Lesson in Irony...

The social grant system, administered by the SA Department of Social Development, is once again proud to be assisting millions of unemployed and other people in need of help !

Meanwhile SANParks, administered by the Department of Environmental Affairs asks us to "Please Do Not Feed the Animals." Their stated reason for the policy is because "The animals will grow dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves."
